Combines water and air drilling in a single machine. Uses an automotive 525 gearbox: transmission efficiency doubles versus hydraulic drive while power consumption drops 35%. Solves the difficulty of DTH hammer drilling in soil layers and the low efficiency of rotary rigs in hard rock or gravel-cobble strata.
